Hello! My name is Michele and I'm so glad you're here.

I’ve always loved health as long as I can remember, but I’ve not always been healthy. I was overweight as a child and then again as an adult. I struggled with anxiety and depression. I’ve faced hormonal imbalances and gut dysfunction, and bad habits mastered me instead of me mastering them.

Over the years, I’ve tried many different programs and protocols, followed lots of podcast and webinar experts, and sought medical advice from multiple conventional and natural medicine doctors. But nothing seemed to “stick.”

It was like turning over rocks in a field, looking for that “one thing,” just to discover it wasn’t “it.”

I felt like a train struggling to get uphill, dragging the weight of too many boxcars. It just seemed impossible.

It left me frustrated, tired, and disappointed. Sound familiar?

Then something happened. I met Jesus, the “pearl of great price.” And finally, things began to shift.

When I started integrating my faith with my choices in life, the forward momentum started and has never stopped.

God has called me to be a Biblical Health and Wellness coach: to guide, teach, inspire, and help others improve their physical, mental, and spiritual well-being through the power of His Word.  

By developing a relationship with Jesus and with the help of the greatest health coach ever—Holy Spirit—you, too, can have lasting change and transform your life and health in ways you never thought possible.

It’s all about divine synergy: Jesus = “Jes” + “us”!
