G.L.E.A.N. stands for God, Lifestyle, Exercise, Attitude, and Nutrition. It is an 8-week holistic individual or small group health coaching program that is jam-packed with education, inspiration, encouragement, and empowerment to get you confidently started on your wellness journey. Anchored in scripture and including science-based recommendations, it focuses on simple and sustainable steps you can take right away to take control over your health.
Topics will include: Introduction, the faith-health connection, importance of lifestyle in disease treatment and prevention, body stewardship, benefits of physical activity and how to incorporate movement into your day, the power of thoughts and how to renew your mind, basics of nutrition and traffic light eating, carbs and fiber, fats, protein, hydration, and introduction to label reading.

Intimidated by grocery shopping? Not sure where to even begin to make healthier choices? Don’t be mastered by the maze and the marketing! Changing how you shop changes your nutritional choices and vice versa. With a few simple steps and suggestions, you can be shopping with confidence in no time.
Pantry Makeovers
A pantry makeover is the perfect way for you to get personalized information on making practical changes to improve you and your family’s health. During this two-hour session either in-person or virtually, you will learn what Traffic Light Eating is, how to decipher food labels, food additives to avoid, and healthier substitutions. Handouts will be provided, and together, we’ll go through your pantry, fridge, and freezer and see what's inside! We’ll wrap up the session by going over healthier options and how to complete a Traffic Light shopping list so you are prepared the next time you hit the grocery store!
